I've been hitting the mexican meat markets, but the beef and pork is not lean enough for my caloric intake level if I want to stay lean myself.

I need some good chicken recipes. I don't need measurements and shit, just a list of increadients and or whatever you'd like to add.

    Thanks for the help.

I tend to grill my chicken in a foil wrap (when not using the Foreman) with fresh pepper, seasoning salt and let it bake for a bit and then pour in some fat free Italian dressing and bake until done.

i need new ideas as well. :o

i guess I'm ol fashion. But I just like mine with a little salt and pepper. Grilled w/ mixed veggies. :dunno:

I've never really wanted to eat anything really elaborate. I think the wildest I ever got were green peppers. lol

    a little bit of olive oil+curry powerder mix+mushroom powder+garlic on a pan

    +broccoli and carrots

+chicken thigh cut thin, so you can cook it quick on a non stick pan

premixed vietnamese curry power ("ca ri ni an do"): [IMG]

    mushroom seasoning/power: http://vegieworld.com/k002/k002.htm http://www.veggie-world.com/product.asp?Cat=Vegetarian Seasonings

my family uses it as a MSG substutute, taste really good, i put it/on a lot of stuff, has a sweet/salty taste.

if you want, you can bread it a little by using tempura powder

then i throw the chicken chunks in a spirng mix salad.

I don't put anything on mine... I just cook up about 5lbs at a time and throw it in a ziploc baggie, pull a few pieces out and eat em when i need food.

Chicken + olive oil on broiler pan => in oven

If I feel like some flavor I dip the chicken in BBQ sauce and enjoy :yum:

i think my mindset in eating clean and staying away from the normally "bad" stuff that tastes good is to use exotic spices that isn't "bad" :dunno: salt + peper gets tireing after a while.

    i love curry

I think if I have one more plain boneless skinless chicken breast cooked on the foreman with nothing else I will puke. I have gotten to the point that I cannot even stomach the smell anymore.

I now cook the same chicken breast (sliced up) in a wok, with asian noodles and spicy ginger sauce. I make enough to feed me for 2 or 3 meals in a large wok. As long as I cut the chicken thin enough, it takes similiair time to cook, but extra couple mins to cut.

    1. Cook on foreman
    2. Black pepper and Tony Satcheries on each side once I flip.
    3. About half way through I throw some broccolli on the other side and by the time the chicken is done I have a decent meal.

shake n bake. low calorie, low fat, gives the chicken a nice texture and leaves it super juicy...comes in original, extra crispy, tangy honey, and hot and spicy.

One day I was bored so I started mixing crap I had above the stove.

Filippo olive oil (cover half the bottom of the pan in a light film)
    Black pepper (a good amount)
    Salt (a little)
    Herb chicken seasoning (medium amount)
    Curry podwer (VERY small amount)
Crushed red pepper (the more you use the hotter it'll be).

I mix all of that crap up so it's like a sauce then cook chicken in it on pretty low heat. It takes a while to cook but when it's done it's really moist, not dried out, chewy or tough. Everyone that tried it said it's really really good. The prep is like 2 minutes at most once you get the hang of it and once it starts cooking you can just leave it; easy to make.
