I am currently 230 pounds. I have lost about 6 pounds in the last 3 weeks. I have just been doing a lot of cardio. Basicly I want to keep my current format on working out. I do light lifting and do about 30-45 minutes of cardio. I need a good diet to go with this. I am interested in getting to 210. I welcome any suggestions.

As far as lifting more, I lift light, but many reps. Once upon a time I lifted a lot, and beleive I know a good amount of excercises. Open for suggestions.

Why would you do light lifting when trying to boost the metabolism?

Your diet also contains almost no protein. You need to start eating some meat or start throwing down protein shakes, something.
