Please help me with my diet!!!!!

    this is a common day of eating for me

    breakfast english muffin with fiber and protein shake-270 cals, 37 gram protein

    cheerios with non fat milk- 200 cal, 7 gram protein

    meal- PB sandwich on doubel fiber whoel grain bread- 320 cals, 15 gram protein

    meal- chipotle burriot bowl, only steak, rice black beans, salsa- 500 cal, 50 grams protein

    postworkout meal- protein shake and gatorade- 285 calories 30 grams protein

    night meal- lean meats and/or egg whites/ cottage cheese, etc with veggies
    300 calories, 50 grams protein


    1875 calories 189 grams protein

    I have about 8 Gs of fishoil throughout the day as well.

    is there anything i need to change? thanks

    what are your goals

    and are you gaining or losing weight on that diet currently

    ive kind been at the same weight for the past month. 175 range. i would like to lose some fat, have just a lil bit. im 5'10 175
