    did a search for bluetooth, and a few folders were there. I'm doing another update, but the computer is running dogshit slow. :ugh:

    Should be in /System/Library/PreferencePanes

    I found the folder in a search, but it's not in the library folder :confused:

    preferences is there, but not preferencePanes. :wtf: I got the info on it, and it shows that its in there, but it's not?

    There are several different libraries

    /System/Library
    /Library
    /Users/yourname/Library

    You want to check the first one, System folder should be on the root of your hard drive

    This stupid bitch wanted me to install bluetooth updates from fucking 10.2.x :ugh: :gtfo: I told her im going home and reinstalling OSX.

    reset pram? that might help? it usually helps for sound and the built-in isight...

    try also repairing permissions before doing a complete reinstall

    did that, and that as well. No worky. Im almost done reinstalling OS X. let's see if it's the hardware before I give them another call.
