not bad but check out the routine in the sticky as well

your main focus is consistency and pushing yourself each time you go -- routine isn't a huge deal really

    I don't like it.

I would go Monday (chest Tri) , Tuesday (legs) Thursday (back) Friday (bi/shoulder)

    Off Wednesday, Saturday Sunday

That is what I would do.

Different strokes for different folks. I like resting the weekend, Friday not included. I like the Wednesday rest day. Gives me a day to recover.
People work out 5 days in a row, Just need to find out how your body reacts to it. If you are feeling tired, you might want to switch it up.

The sticky was written by an ex-pro bodybuilder.

Back when they used dinosaur blood for doping.
