please critique my current workout v.yourallsogoodatit

    monday:
    -3 minute warm up run, squats, deadlifts, forearm work, calf raises, lunges, ab work
    tuesday:
    -3 min run, flat BB bench, flat DB bench, french curls, tricep extension, ab work
    wednesday:
    -3 min run, lat pulldown, sitting row, pullups, bicep curls, preacher curls
    thursday:
    -overhead shoulder press, deltoid raises, forearm work, ab work
    friday:
    one of the two: incline, decline chest/ squats deadlifts

    i really need help with my workouts.... still a big noob to lifting, im so used to being a cardio freak. i dont think that my current workout is efficient enough, any advice? :hs: maybe on what to work out each day? :hsd:

    how many sets and reps each set with what kinda volume

    i usually try and do about 8-12 reps for almost every set, sometimes i max out or do less than 6 reps heavy... lemme find a pic for reference, then you can tell me what i can do to look more proportional

    thanks alot man! yeah i just found christophers base building routine and i think i will do that for a good couple of months, gotta hit 210!
