Yes. My schedule only allows me to go to the gym early in the morning b4 i go to work so I go with couple of my friends at 6am. Have a protien shake and a banana of course b4 I workout.

Seems decent to me. Since you've got so much time you should concider doing it

ABXXABXX if possible. To let yourself recover better. But if your not feeling sore there's no problems there. Its the exercises which you do which will be key tho.

For Chest, bench press. D.B Incline bench press. Flys
Triceps - Close grip bench press, dips

    Back - Front pulldowns, pullups
Biceps - Ez Curls, preacher curls

Shoulders - Smith Press, D.B Shoulder Press, Front pull up row.

    Legs - Deads, squats.

Do the other stuff if you've got time.

yep, you should give yourself 1 rest inbetween every 2 sessions if possible.

Since your doing splits, its not going to kill you doing mon, tues, wed, thurs. But its just not the best option if your slow to recover.

it's not too bad... i go monday-friday, but having 4 work days and then 3 off days in a row seems silly

Noquarter's routine has been kicking as ass really nicely!

Just make sure you are working hard and your diet is on par.
