Can I has some suggestions? New or old, I don't care...

I've always wanted to expand this playlist but I simply do not know enough about the genre to make anything decent. Here are some songs my taste tends to favor while lifting...

NIN - Just like you imagined
NIN - The day the world went away
Filter - Hey man nice shot
    Saliva - Ladies and Gentlemen
System of a Down - Aerials
    Alot of stuff from Bush
    Tool - Stinkfist
Audioslave - Cochise/SHow me how to live
    Evans Blue - Over/Cold
Sixx AM - life is beautiful

might sound gay but i've put hip hop into my rock mix, mostly timbaland songs but its a good mix up for the heavy bag session.

Good call. My lifting playlist is mostly nonpoint/disturbed/hatebreed with some pennywise thrown in for good measure.
