I guess the U.S. government has stepped in once again and has taken away more of our rights in 2006. I want to play poker online for money like I used to, but I can't anymore. The technician that I spoke with said that they know I live in Illinois because of my IP address. My question is, is there any way I can change my IP address or do something so I can play poker online for real money? Thanks.

Better off playing on sites that allow US gamers. Otherwise, even if you can "trick" them into letting you deposit money you may have a real hard time getting money out.

lol, I have the domain usa-gambling.com and really need to at least get a list of online casinos that allow US people but just can't find the time. But you should be able to find more current list of US friendly casinos on google.

i think the only place that wont let US people play for real money is Party Poker, I've had no problem with Full Tilt and Absolute. It's a little trickier to get money into the sites if you're in the US, but it's manageable. I used to goto the gas station and get prepaid visa's and use those... but someone said they might not work anymore. E-passport still works I believe though.
