    Man I gotta stop being so on-off about this. But since I'm meeting my gf's parents in a month, I have no choice :hs:

    Day 1: MON (following the set of 10/8/6)
    1 set 25/30/35 free weights bench/inclined/reclined
    1 set 10-15-20lbs skullcrusher
    1 set of 10x 20lbs arms up

    10/8/6 dips
    60/75/80/ on flys
    40/60/85 on pulldown

    CV:
    25min on treadmill, 4.5speed 2.0incline

    Day 2: TUES

    30 min on treadmill, flat 4.5 average speed
    25 min on elliptical cross trainer: (did a 2.5min HIIT on it)

    10 min on stairmaster (that shit pwned me!)

    3 sets of 10 free weights bicep curls @25lbs


    Meals:
    BF: Banana
    L: Vege soup & salad
    D: Tunda Sandwich, 2 string cheese, & a NutriGrain bar with Gatorade. :hs:

    You didn't post your current size and goals so it's hard to say. One banana for breakfast is definetly too small though. What you listed on tuesday, I probably ate double that in one meal. I'm see 800 cals there tops, and no good sources of protein:hs:

    deadlifts - none attempted
    seated cable rows, 3x10x8x8 starting @50lbs
    bent over barbell rows...[email protected]/35/45lbs
    light warm up of concentration curls, 2x10 20lbs
    standing bb curls 3x8x8x6 25lbs SLOW on the eccentric
    incline hammer curls, 3x8x8x6 starting @20lbs-30lbs
    forearm curls, barbell 1x15,[email protected]
    burnout set - not completed


    Meals:
    BF: Banana
    L: 2 Chicken Tacos, Rice & Refried Beans w/lemonade
    D: -none yet-

    Currently at 175.02lbs w/16bf. Want to drop 15lbs and lower bf while increasing muscle mass & endurance. Does that count? :hs:

    What do you suggest as protein? Chicken/Turkey/Ham? Veges/Fruits?

    I'd say don't bother with plant protein. Chicken, turkey, tuna, cottage cheese, protein powder would be your best bets for protein intake. If you buy the chicken form something like swiss chalet, throw out the skin.

    If you want to increase muscle mass, you're going to have to atleast double your caloric intake, preferably all protein. With your current diet you're actually losing muscle, and you'll find it alot easier to bring up your endurance if you have energy.

    I just am, so I'm trying to lose some weight. I lost 5lbs so far :gome: W-F were cancelled because people decided to celebrate my birthday and feed me constantly :hs: BBL for tonight's stats.

    mostly works with 3x25 dumbells, for bi/tri/shoulders. i should get back in the full swing, mid may
