    I would say yes, as roasted nuts are done in hydrogenated oils typically, as so suprisingly most mass produced raisins and other dried fruits..... I dont even think roasting improves the taste

    before anyone attacks my trans fat obsession... lets look at this way, if .2g of test can raise your test.... then why take .2g of a transfat, which is similar to taking estrogen at that, lowering your test..... (at least estrogen is better, it is essential to protect your heart)

    im on 2 grams of test a week and a gram of tren. do this a couple months back, ok, i mightve let it slide, now, someone so much as looks at me the wrong way an theres gonna be probs, lucky for me they always back the fuck down so i dont gotta get my hands dirty. i know youll try the same when shit hits the fan but dont think ill be so linient, cause i wont.

    Ok what'd you find?

    Fat/Carb/Protien ratios and calorie content seem reasonable and fit into your diet? Is there a bunch of added sugar? Do you see any hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils listed in the ingredients? HFCS or Corn Syrup listed in the ingredients?

    The contents are generally things that are relatively healthy until they under-go a bunch of processing to make them suitable to spend 2 years in a vending machine. You could also go buy the items in bulk and probably pay 1/6th the price with a little planning... After all you should know where you're going to spend most of your day and realize that you're going to get hungry and can therefore plan out a better alternative...

    No shit? Fatty acids do not have the same activity as a hormone.

    Bad for you? No. The best thing for you? Probably not. Could it be worse? Definitely.

    Buy the ingredients and make your own trail mix. Can also do this with granola....

    the brain will use what is in supply and if the ratio favors of one fat is higher than the other the one that is in excess will be used
