Planning to change up my routine...

    Somewhat based on the modified routine in the article I posted here before...

    My plan was...

    mon
    squats (heavy)
    2-3 auxiliary leg exercises

    tues
    clean (heavy)
    chins
    forearm exercise (1)


    thur
    bench (heavy)
    auxiliary delts, chest and tricep exercises (3-4 total)

    fri
    sumo deads (heavy)
    pendlay rows
    squats (med/ light)
    auxiliary trap and biceps exercises (1 of each)

    sun
    push press (heavy)
    auxiliary delt and tricep exercises (3 total)
    *possibly add a light chest movement here as well (chain suspended pushups)

    Too much?

    I've been on a upper/ lower split the last 6 months...
