Picked them both up last night at midnight. Planet Terror is still  by itself, and has some new scenes, but the missing reel is still there. I was happy that it came with the Machete trailer though. Great movie.

Does the Transformers DVD have any features on the special effects? How they were done, etc...

Whoever said Transformers was the most original movie of the year should be castrated and thrown to the wolves.

Planet Terror is the fucking shit I loved it even more now that I have it on dvd. OH yeah and I like the fact they have the missing scene cause it makes El Wray like even more badass that everyone knows about him except us its pretty cool.

    transformers is long as fuck.
its michael bey being michael bey and using a cookie cutter formula from armageddon, deep impact, and day after tomorrow... the cgi for the robot battles was a clusterfuck only rivaled by the end of The Hulk. i sent this text to a friend when the credits started to roll..

"Holy fucking epic piece of big dumb summer, emo crapping, melodramatic, never forget youre an american, so lets blow shit up for the last 50minutes, and steal war scenes from blackhawk down movie shit."

Rented both, but haven't watched Transformers yet.

I watched Planet Terror last night, and after watching it and Death Proof, I gotta say:

    Planet Terror >>>>>>>>>>>> Death Proof

I thought Kurt Russell played his part well, especially when he gets that chick in his car and tells her she's going to have to start getting scared immediately

But that ending and the 11ty billion minutes of girl talk... :wtf:

Planet Terror was cool though. The pocket bike made me lol

Gotta agree. Russell was my favorite character in that movie by far. Not really a lot of competition in that movie, though. And there was so much freaking dialogue; even for a Tarantino movie.

Planet Terror brought a lot more to the table, even though they're completely different movies. That chick in the beginning with the overheating Volvo was hot too, and that always helps. :naughty:

That was Fergie from Black Eyed Peas, and yes she looked very hot in that movie.

I thought that looked like her! But a better-looking version of her without the manish features.

    Best I've seen her :dunno:

The "missing reel" came during the sex scene...
