based off the rings or possibly where the smooth part ends
I just let my arms hang straight down and grip the bar there.
Right outside the smooth part.
You can try using snatch grip too to hit them a little different.
sounds good, thanks bros
anyone notice a difference between using alternate vs. overhand grip?
I've always used overhand
shoulder wifth apaprt
why would you use alternative grip and twist your spine?
hmm, fair enough.
Double overhand always, in front and behind the back works well.
So you can do more weight
I move them around. sometimes I'll do shoulder width and sometimes I'll go as wide as possible.
I do mine shoulder width and then once in a while knock the weight in half and them really, really wide grip.
just use chalk and hook grip it....or use straps....
I use whatever my arms natural position is
Ocasionally do wide grip for more weight with a shorter ROM
Yes, if I use underhand/overhand without switching the placement of my hands one trap seems to get bigger than the other.
I always use double overhand to try and get my grip stronger, but I was just throwing that idea out there.
or you can throw javelins!
