    I would like it if you could list only ingredients that would fit best with a cutting diet, or maintaining.

    I know you guys must have some good recipes...throw them at me. :drool:

    any low carb crust options would be beneficial. other ingredients are hard to skimp on

    honestly pizzas practically the worst for cutting, sucks so much :hs:

    whole wheat dough

    fat-free cheese

    sugar free sauce

    go light on the olive oil on the crust

    top it with some grilled chicken.

    et voila

    fat free cheese or no cheese, make a homemade chunky marinara sauce then pile that shit up with veggies. bell peppers, mushrooms, onion, jalapenos, habaneros, etc
    most of the calories come from the dough (if your not using meat anyway)

    I have Pralines and Cream Ice cream once a week on Sundays--I feel absolutely awful for having it too. :wtc:

    mexican pizza:

    home made flour tortilla
    home made guacamole (avacaodo, garlic, diced onions) ..this is your sauce
    sun dried tomatoes (can be dipped in olvie oil)
    grilled diced chicken
    top with low fat mozzarella
    top with jalepenos

    no difference from regular pizza substituting guacamole for tomato sauce, the dough for pizza is the same one i use for tortillas

    Shrimp, scallops and mushrooms sauteéd with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper with feta cheese. I use a fajita-sized flour tortilla for a crust, olive oil and herbs for sauce and broil until the cheese melts. Also good on thin crust with marinara sauce and baked.

    The natural from pizza hut is awesome when i want pizza. I'm not cutting though.
