the Pioner TS-W34C 12" sub. Is it at all decent?

My friend is looking for a cheap sub to go with her Pioneer GM - X562 amp. Parameters on the sub match up good and it's $90 canadian. :dunno:

Put the sub in a 1 cube sealed box, power with 150 watts and call it a day. It will provide good output and has above average SQ at moderate volume.
