pinned myself tonight.... V.noIdontdosteroids... Towards the end of my chest workout, I equalled my incline bench max - 275x5.... So I got cocky, and threw 300 on the bar, like - I got this shit! I hit one rep, went down for the 2nd, and my chest said Pinned right under my sternum, and at that point, it's all delts, screaming for mercy... Had to dump the weights to get out... fucking gay. So then I put 135 up there and hit 12, just to make myself feel better... Oh, and apparently yelling 'Ain't nuttin but a peanut!!!' while pinned.... does nothing.
