I have no idea what it is is, but I had those on my upper arms for a while also. Last year I noticed that they were starting to fade away a bit, and now they are gone.

its dry skin, I have it also and have been to a dermatologists. She says its very common. Just go get a good lotion for extremely dry skin and it will go away after awhile.

I get a lot of rashes and such from wrestling and brazilian jiu jitsu. Even though I shower right after every time, it just keeps spreading. Worst around my calves and underneath my forearms.

Its called keratosis pilaris. Its very common about 40 to 50% of the population has it. Its a genetic follicular disease. Completely harmless but there are some treatments to minimize it.
