A&P Pictures of Sunrise

    I just got back from my vacation and took pictures of Sunrise with my Canon Powershot G2. I'm feeling mighty proud about it considering that I'm a newbie to photography. Here is the link:

    I thought of something which I should have done while I was talking pictures of the sun. I could have turn on low shutter speed to make the sun leave a trail coming out of the ocean but oh, well. Next time.

    If you want to leave some inputs or advice, do it.

    Outer Banks. To be more specific, Nags Head, North Carolina.

    I had to get up around 5:30 am for the shot. The water was remarkably calm, nearly flat.

    Man I thought for sure from a few of those pics it was taken on the shore of Saigon :big grin:

    When taking horizon shots put the horizon in the upper or lower third to things alittle bit more interesting...but they were really nice pics
