Took it on monday while I she was playing around on the swing set in the backyard.
I like it, the top left part distracts me though.

I think you could use more black in the shadows. IMO
that one looks a lot better
looking at the first two... I'm starting to think so too.
With the corner triangle gone, her eyes grab my attention right away, beautifully done.
You might try cropping a little more from the left side. That would bring the eyes away from the center of the picture. Asymmetry is less static and adds interest. It would also reduce the number of diagonal and parallel lines that have tend to grab the viewer's eye.
Love it, especially with the crop.

Her face is a little dark on the right side. Maybe some fill flash/PS work to lighten it up? Have you tried sharpening using LAB colour and the lightness channel?
Other than that it looks pretty cool.
