Where is the best place to find these online? I'm looking for 16x20 Black metal frames.

why not go to hobby lobby or something?

Seems like you'd pay more for shipping and shit than you would if you just went and got it done locally

I get mine from american frame. It's generally about $20 a frame for a 12x18 with 3" mat.

michaels or ac moore will have them.

You can also buy your own mattes and a matte cutter and make em yourself.

Thats how I do all mine.

I'm actually looking into getting a router as well and making my own frames.

Now that I have access to an epson 9800 and 10000, I can print whatever size I want, but I'll need the ability to matte and frame whatever it is I print... Normal sizes may not always be ideal...

Thats a standard size frame shouldn't be more than $20-25 its when you get custom sizes it gets expensive. Check out a craft/hobby store like AC Moore. I gave up buying mats they want too much to cut them so I bought the cutter myself and do my own now, gonna start making my own custom frames too I have all the tools I need. Maybe I'll offer them at a good price for OT members :)
