I know I'm the newbie here but I honestly dont think you will make much progress with your current workouts..

You really need to get a good full body workout going with something like a 3 day split. Do heavy compound movements like bench press, squat, deadlift, rows, pull ups, etc. Just working out your arms and the rest of you a little bit every once in a while wont cut it. I know time is hard to find while at school but you should try to get something setup.

Here is a really good 3 day split routine that focuses on the compound movements:

As far as equipment, if you want to get a home gym setup check out my home gym thread. I bought all the equipment I needed to do my routine at home for less than $700, all freeweights:

nice thanks...i'll check out those links in a bit...and yeah your absolutely right. I wont see much gains at all with what im doin now and I hate myself for it. I know I gotta set the time aside to do it and focus and stick with it otherwise I will get nowhere

yeah you have to stick with it...

in fact on that subject I was just talking to patrick bateman on AIM yesterday and he mentioned he started working out 3 1/2 years ago religiously.. he made it a top priority in his life. Now I know thats impossible for a lot of people maybe you included but it just shows you what you can acheive with that kind of dedication. (im sure youve seen his pics)

Do you work your triceps? They seem to be lagging behind your biceps quite a bit from what I can see.

    Keep lifting and eating..

    so basically you're doing bi's

if you're cool with that, then that's fine i guess.

but like everyone else said, big biceps and nothing else looks weird.

Join a gym and work your entire body and things will grow.. thereby making your already small penis, as you hinted, smaller. :mamoru:

Haha....hey hey I never hinted at that...its quite large in fact. But only supplement i'd take would just be whey protein...anything safe that is.

If I were go to a gym, i'd like to be able to go with a friend or something instead of by myself...but everyone I know is away at college or doesnt work out. Which is why I am trying work out at home
