    I pull away from them right off the bat... but then once they get into vtec they pull away...

    I raced a friend in his stock vtec vs. my modded Si and it was very very close...

    vtec always has the advantage though... unless you wanna go turbo... then the Si is better.

    Someday when this engine has seen it's better days I'll prob do a jdm h22 swap.

    Ummm, I'm not so sure if the SI is better, I think it's mostly about the tuning, There is a Prelude vtec here making well over 300whp on stock internals, I've seen a lot of SI's dying at much lower power levels than that

    Not really, they are close, I never lost to a 4th gen in my stock SH, even a couple bolt-on ones, but then I never lost to a 5th gen either. Just depends on who will push the shit out of their car.
