Every night, or two I go through the pain staking process of making my snacks for the next day. I usually make breakfast, buy my lunch and make my dinner. However, in between I never really stop eating. Tonight, I decided to take pics, crappy ones I must admit, of my process.
The pics tell the story, but usually, I go through a tub of cottage cheese and a couple tupperwares of chicken and salad between my main meals.
I am not gonna say anything about the pics, but post questions if you have any.

so you just precook things for just the next day? I've been thinking about cooking up like 10 chicken breats at a time or something, then keeping them in the fridge. Then I just have to nuke them when I want them. Don't know how long the chicken will stay good though...How big are the bags of lettuce you use? I never buy lettuce, so I have no idea if it is expensive or not.

give us a breakdown of your daily caloric intake and what when.. (brief is fine - i'd just love to see it - you're a big boy!) :eek3:

    ie;

    6 am - oatmeal
    10 am - protein shake
    etc..

    calories - 3,500

    :dunno:

I usually cook chicken with salad, or steak with a potatoe or fish with beans or some veggies. I just cant afford to eat out all the time, so I spend a little quality time, just me and my foreman grill each night. It works out cheaper that way.
Usually I head of lettuce will last me 3 chicken breasts, sometimes 2 if I get a small one. The chicken I eat cold the next day, or binge on it at night after dinner if I make enough.
I dont cook 10 at a time, cause the foreman works better with one or two and I dont have all night. Not to mention I dont think it would taste great 4 or 5 days down the line.
It becomes tedious, but I like my food, and I like it taste good. Cottage cheese is about the only thing that I force down these days. It makes eating a lot better when you enjoy the taste.

I work 7-4 ish daily, so its easy for me to sit at my desk and eat the same thing all the time. I eat almost identically every week day.

6:30 AM - couple eggs or tuna (tuna in the AM is weird) piece of fruit, shake

    9:00 AM - oatmeal

10:00 - start on the cottage cheese

11:30 - Tikka chicken salad (bought not made) or Double meat Mr. Sub (Large)

1:00 - Finish cottage cheese, eat one of the "snacks"

4:00 - Shake, leave work go home eat another snack or go right to the gym

7:00 - Choco milk and dinner... always chocolate milk ;)

9:00 - 11:00 varies, sometimes another pre-maid snack, or just some Cottage cheese

No idea how many calories, but I dont force feed too much anymore, just eat all the time, and eat slowly.

Actually, it's your help I wouldn't be expecting, since you're the one with flip flops.. but I'm sure that my sentence was hard to follow.

As for poking fun at my weight and numbers.. it's all good. You been watching Dr. 90210 on TV? I hear they do some crazy shit with rhinoplasty these days... :)

This is a refreshing change of pace as far as threads go around here, I like it. Kinda makes me wish I had a kitchen like I did last year when I lived in an apartment.

    And its making me hungry.
