Nice. I accidentaly bought chicken tenders instead of chicken breasts this week. They're pretty cool because it takes a total of like 10 minutes total (thawing out in microwave + cooking on foreman) to prepare. Chicken + montreal steak seasoning > *

i got some of those too.. they're really good for putting on salad.. easy to cut

Yep. What else is good for salad or no-preperation is costco's chicken-in-a-can. It smells a lot like tuna, but it's actually chicken. One can = 65g protein. I just put it in a bowl, mash it all up, dump some BBQ sauce into it, and microwave.
There's more upstairs, but I had 4 hotdogs not even an hour ago

oh and the chicken tenders are good as hell. They take less time to cook, taste better, and are way more tender
