It's an annual machine gun/full auto/silencer/cannon shoot in Ohio, pretty badass. All the pics here: http://fabiens.org/gallery/v/alex/guns/bf7

I got to shoot a PPSh which is a Russian submachine gun from WWII. I didn't think I'd ever see one of these, let alone shoot one.

AK-47 Krinkov (shorty model). Short and light but still manageable under full auto

I can't wait to go to the local MG shoot in September. Hopefully I will see a mini in action.

    Loved the handheld 1919.

PPSh is interesting. Don't think I've ever seen one of those.

    Looks like a good time.

The .50 was nice, though I think the guy was loading the rounds light because I've shot a different, heavier rifle prone and the recoil was much harder than this one.

www.bulletfest.net You show up, pay $5 to watch or $10 to get on the firing line and voila. There are a lot of dealers there that will let you shoot for around $25/30rd mag or you can just walk around and BS with people and they'll let you shoot just for cost of ammo.

I think I spent about $50. That got me the $10 admission, some homemade stew, and I shot a G3, the .50, PPSh, and Krinkov, and I bought a bayonet for my CETME from one of the dealers that was there. My girl got to shoot the 1919 for free (was supposed to be $50 for a 50rd belt I think) and the M16 for $10 instead of $30. Pays to be a cute chick in shooting sports lol.

I shot a minigun before SAR Show. $50 + all the linked ammo you can shoot (self provided).

The Krinkov was fun to shoot but not good for much over 50 yards.

The M-16 was awesome! I was hitting targets at 300 yards using full auto bursts.
