    EDIT: I'm naturally skinny, the first pic is actually me at around 188-190lbs the peak of my bulk from around 150lbs...

    You seem to have looked best in the second pic, but probably just because of lighting?

    And yeah, how has your weight changed?

    well the first one is about 188-190lbs and now im hovering from 177-180lbs

    yeah pretty much, i started thermorexin (thermogenic like hydroxycut) about a week ago.. and I take weigh protein. this is acutally my first time cutting and i was doing it all wrong the first half so I lost some muscle mass, I was only taking in about 80 grams of protein per day... I've since upped that to about 1g protein per lb of bodyweight so I wont lose too much muscle and end up skeletal looking by the end of my cut

    P.S also taking creatine

    This makes me excited about cutting, it doesn't really look like it takes to long to see good results :)

    yeah bro consistency is key as long as you keep your eye on the goal!. at first u need a bit of motivation to overcome temptation (like everytime u pass by the tacobell or pizzahut) then after a couple of weeks it becomes a routine and you start seeing results.

    yeah Im working on it, I developed a spare tire/love handles - while bulking..

    It's the last place that fat will come off those are not my hips they are love handles.. I'm working on the V-taper, and seems to be taking shape SLOWLY if you look at the last pic.

    I'm not taking hydroxycut... I'm taking thermorexin aka t-rex - the best thermogenic out there, It supposedly works just do a google on it. It's all over the bodybuilding forums.

    i start my cut in a week. my ECY stack is in the mail :noes:
    the only thing im worried about is losing the weight too fast.

    yeah man, I lost weight too fast the first couple of weeks i lost like 11lbs..I bet a good chunk of it was muscle. Im SLOWLY gaining the muscle mass back.. make sure to take in enough protein - I wasn't doing that in the beginning and I felt like lost almost all my muscle gain by the second week.

    So far I've lost 3 pounds in 3 days, probably water weight though :hs:
