    yea small improvement... lol anyway my question is, what should i be eating and when should i be eating it in correlation to when i hi the gym? currently im working on my obliques. I'm 5'10 and weigh 156.

    yea im pretty noob at gym crap

    I'm coming up on three months and I don't think I'm going to take a progress pic for at least another 3. 3 weeks is nothing.

    my skinnyfat pics were in november... i'vebeen working out with weights again since february... i dont' think progress pics will come until august :o




    anyway ReFreshing, you look pretty good are you cutting or bulking? Read the stickies like everybody said, all the info you need is there.

    just so all the lurkers/noobs/everyone don't get confused it was a photo to make fun of all these weekly progress photos... basically took the same photo and changed the date... it was nothing like lancerlusion... :rofl::rofl:
