for the longest i have been reading articles, picking up bits and peices, but never had an end to end source of info. This book is 800 pages of pure Arnold. It's like a math textbook, only much more broly. The best part in my opinion is that the book is written by arnold, so sometimes the grammer is wrong. You can imagine arnold saying it, and it becomes hilarious

Yeah I was kidding, I'm hoping to get this book for our secret santa gift exchange with my friends.

Have you had a chance to read it fully?

I picked up that book about a year and a half ago, it's a good read here and there.. I mainly use it for lift variations when i start to plateau or get bored. the diet stuff is outdated info imo, and the workouts will seriously fuck you up if you aren't on 'roids... (overtraining for most people)... but all in all it was a valued purchase.

Your post reeks of pessimism. You might need to go to the gym and blow off some steam. I got the paperback.

    ps: grammer :fawk:
