Yep, actually I am already part of a group buy for an HID kit for the car. The car will stay stock though as far as I can tell. I have a 10th Anniversary Firehawk that I can mod. I love the GTO though, so comfy and great power.

Well, I ordered an HID kit for the car. Should look nice and light up the road better since the car already has projector housings. Other then that and the skip shift eliminator, the car will probably stay stock since it is my daily driver. :hs:

Are the projectors built for HID lighting?

Supposedly they're better for HID lighting though there are a number of vehicles that use reflectors with HIDs. At any rate GTOs suffer from weak headlamp performance and HIDs alleviate that problem as well as adding a premium look.

I know that they work well with HID's. Many GTO guys have them installed without any problems and they look and function great. The stock high beams on my car are fantasic but the low beams leave a lot to be desired. The HIDs should work out just fine.

I love those wheels. Do they sell them here in the US? I would get a set of those and use the stock rims for snow tires or something.

Not sold in the US. You'll have to contact an Australian outfit like JHP to score a set.

Godammit!! Now i cant look at your posts without thinking... "... nah nah, justa worm." LOL

As for the wheels, they were designed to be an updated version from the original classic monaro wheels. You can kinda see them in the reflection. The one im talking about actually now has a set of black 19"s on it. Cant tell you what they are though. Definalty looks the goods.

http://www.jhp.com.au/monaro-gto/ - can hook you up with the wheels you like (VZ Monaro).

This hood is nice as well.

JHP also makes an OEM quality Monaro aux. gauge pod for our GTOs.

GM removed it, now you can put it back thanks to them. If you get the Holden gauges with it (pictured) it's plug and play on LS2 GTOs.

I like those. Where does that mount? On that plastic blank spot in the middle of the dash above the climate control and everything?

 I love black and I think it looks badass on the GTO's, but I already have a black Firehawk and it is a pain in the ass to keep clean. :hs:

Get the optional 18" wheels here in the US. Much better looking then the 17s that are stock and dont cost $1900 like getting wheels from Oz.

Page 2 pic whoring :big grin:
