Bought my first Surefire. I got a Black G2. I was going to go with the P6 because I liked it more but they wanted $60 for it.

Got a few questions, How long does the bulb in this thing last?

Is the Ultra High-Output bulb worth it? As in, is it THAT much more light? It cuts the battery life down a lot but I kind of want it.

Is there any good place online to order Surefire Lights, Accessories, and batteries?

    Edit:... wome should be some...

I think the cheapest I've seen them for is $25-30 before shipping/etc.

120 is worthless. Sucks the battery down

    What is the lockout tailcap?

I just unscrewed the back far enough that pushing the momentary switch won't turn it on. What I did w/ the LED flashlight I had before it.

What's it like? Is it a lot brighter? Spreads the light out too much or what? Say you're not concerned w/ battery life.

Going from 60 to 120 lumens with the same profile reflector really isn't going to make that much of a difference. While it is brighter, the actual usable light isn't much more. I'd stay with the 60 for battery life myself.

stay away from Botach, the G2 is a nice light for the price. And for the type of light the G2 is I'd stick with the 60 also and buy a 3-123A for a higher output light.

That pretty much sums it up. I used the 120 for about 5 minutes, then put the 60 back in. There isnt a whole lot of difference

Guess I'll save my money and not get the brighter bulb. Glad they didn't have it in stock when I bought this one.
