Eating! 5 scrambled eggs 3/4 tub 4% cottage cheese 1 can albacore tuna 1lb 8z jar applesauce half container nutella 8 oz mass meal shake with whole milk 1 cup sunflower seeds 1 taco 12 oz whole milk thats just what I ate at work today from 8 to 3:00 . . . I started eating like this about 3 weeks ago right after finals, it was difficult at first, but now my stomache has stretched so much I can literally eat nonstop and never get full. My goal by the end of summer is to weigh about 175 and still be cut. I've had no noticable fat gain so far, im even seeing veins showing up that i've never noticed before. I'm stronger in all my lifts, especially compound movements, and my energy levels at the gym are amazing. I'm down there at least 4 days a week and finally getting serious. I'm hitting arms, legs and shoulders the hardest right now. I also just finished a cup of cottage cheese and a can of sardines while I was writing this. age: 20 height: 5'11" weight 3 weeks ago: 148 current weight: 160 bench max: 230 squat: i never maxed, i only hit about 240 for reps dead: 305 x 4 (favorite exercise) here is a back pic from last august at probably 145 here is my back on may 15th '06 front pic - may 15th I didnt take any pics of the legs but they are pretty bad, they have thickened up since I got into squatting but they are still pretty thin. I don't have my own camera or i would take some right now. I'm calling these before pics since I just started bulking and I'll update in a month.
