I'm buying a mini to use as a media centre. Would love one for that price.

It's definitely slower than my intels, but much faster than the 1.33ghz G4 I book I had a few years ago.

It runs leopard well, I'm just going to use it for Safari, Adium, and itunes since I use boot camp a lot on my imac for gaming.

you wouldn't want to build a media center out of anything less than a core duo mini, though. C2D preferably.

Doesn't bother me, I got an intel imac and macbook for Vmware/boot camp.

This is just an internet + itunes music box + torrents

I'm thinking of selling my G4 mini and upgrade to an iMac. 1.42Ghz , 1Gb ram, 160GB HDD, Superdrive, airport, bluetooth, Tiger discs, comes with Leopard installed.
