I've read a few books on PIC programming and most of them are either too technical (they're basically just rehashes of the datasheets I've read) or they're for a first time programmer.

I figured a few of you might have taken a course and know of a good text book I can go out and buy to teach myself. I'm looking for a basic overview of PIC programming (how interrupts, timers, counters, PWMs, etc work) and a good guide/learning tool for programming these microchips with C.

Any help/advice is appreciated. Thanks! :hs:

I wish I could help, PIC chips are awesome and super useful. I'll be able to help you after I take a few classes myself :hs:

Hmm.. although I don't know if it'll be helpful, I do have a saved website at home on PIC programming. It may be stuff you already know, but I'm not sure. I'll post it after work, which is about 2.5 hrs from now.
