    I've been off for a little while now, I was much leaner and bigger a month ago, but I still kept alot of my size I think.

    Yea, I gotta go through my boxes and find my good camera soon though, I was keeping a log of ever 3 months, and missed it.

    Well, I did bench today, did a 5x5 with a warm up, my last set of 5 was 265lbs, then I got 275x3 right afterwards but failed the 4th rep (this would have been the 6th set). So not much, as far as I can tell that's where I was at while on. I tried 315 though and didnt get it, it was close, but it was my "on" max. My squat went down alot though, I cant get over 400 anymore. My legs suck too, my worst feature. The max I go on dead lift is 315X8 usally cause I have a spinal injury from when I was a baby.

    You look stronger for some reason. Definitely made some serious progress I just figured you'd be throwin up more.

    something I think I'm going to work on next bulk. Hopefully I get get some good advice from Maine on improving my squat numbers.

    Thanks bro, I dont think they are that good. My best areas are my forearms, my delts, and my chest maybe. Worst are my legs in general, and I work them at least once a week.

    Soon as I get my camera out of all the packing, I've been too busy to unpack from the move. My back looks awsome I think, but again, my legs suck.

    Lookin swole bro. Youre numbers do seem low but god damn if the size isnt there. I bet if you did a one rep max day on each left youd be surprised. Well maybe not on your squat :mamoru: Seems like you and I have the same probs with legs. Mine just dont grow fast no matter how hard I work em.

    I've been doing moderately high rep training the last 3 months too, didnt seem to help my strength at all. alot of 20-30 rep stuff, I never really go lower than 6-8 reps on anything either. This was advice given to me by a buddy that competes, it put on size but not strength.

    I would say 12-13%. No way your 10 cus you do have some fat on the sides. But overall you have a fucking great physique. Natural right?
