    Hey all-

I'm getting an error whenever adding a new product to my cart-

1136 - Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

    insert into products_attributes values ('', '47', '2', '6', '20', '+')

    [TEP STOP]

I've tried osCommerce support, no dice. Anyone knowledgeable with this stuff?

sounds like you have a bad install... your database version doesn't match the .php code version at all. The products_attributes table is expecting a different amount of values than are being passed to it.

If I remove the categories.php and replace it with a vanilla copy, it works... but this fix that I was provided (by the contributions page) will cut my product insertion time by 20-30 times :(

With the help of a friend, we figured out what's wrong... the short of it is, the two modifications are conflicting, trying to write to the same file. The main problem (so far) is that that error code is being generated when the second mod is trying to write to 6 tables, leaving the 7th (created by the first mod) empty.
