I'm sure you guys already know this, but it's funny how it spreads like wild fire. Girl I work with gave me some P&S pics that looked like shit. Violent flash and all the most unflattering things on her. Shiny head, messy hair, everything.

I fixed them and sent to her. Now her friends and her are like all about me fixing photos for them

How about we just do a shoot with my camera? I mean seriously mine cost more so it has to take better pics right? :naughty:

PS clothes make you look fat. Go natural baby.

protip: don't bother with retouching someone's crap pics, go straight to offering to shoot them.

I'd agree with offering a shoot versus spending a lot of time fixing other's photos. I'd like some examples of before and after as well.

Removed the guy on the right
Darkened the hand that seemed to be growing out of her on the left
Overall some touching on the face
Saturation to fix their vampire white look
    Straightened the picture

the one on the left, i think, is super gorgeous. she doesn't work with me but man i'd love to shoot her. i'm told she's super conservative though and would never do it.

the one on the right i'm good friends with and she is def down to shoot sometime soon. probably just portrait shit

What'd you use to remove the guy? MSpaint? Haha.

Sorry it just looks like you need to smooth it out more.

the edge of the girl's shirt on the right is what he's talking about. It's a very hard edge from your removal of the dude on the right.

Did you just use the color select tool and paint over him or something? You can see the whole outline..

I would have probably taken a clip from the other side. Copy > Paste > Ctrl+T > Flip Horizontal > Layer Mask > Burn > profit.

    2 min job

If I were actually doing this for someone, I would probably burn out the guy on the right that is sitting in the chair (obviously mirrored). If I had a high enough res file, I'd probably just Ctrl+T and expand him out of the frame entirely.. but I was working with a 1024 file so..

In truth, this is actually quite sloppy... I literally just copied the left side of the frame, pasted and transformed to the right (had to distort a little to make it look right). Masked the guy out of it. burned the couple in the back down so that they'd be less noticeable. Then saved as jpg.

I saw it on a laptop screen... so it could be that my screen is super sensitive or that your screen isn't calibrated right.

I pushed it to see for sure..

Yea the brown blob on the right is what I'm talking about. :o My monitor is pretty bright so it was very visible to me. I can see how a more properly calibrated screen could hide this.
