A&P Photoshop tutorials...anyone have any good ones?

I'm not really looking for anything specific, rather I just like messing around with it and improving my skills. I would prefer tutorials that deal with modifying people (adding beards (I already have one for this), adding realistic hair, aging, etc), but any cool how-to type thing would work.

I have perused the ones on worth1000, and while those are decent I am looking for other methods in order to better my skills.

    Anyone have any to share?

Anybody got a tutorial where it shows you how match someone's skin color/texture to another person? For example, you chops someone's face onto someone's body but you want their skin color to match so it looks realistic

I'd REALLY like a tutorial on how to extract someone from a photograph.. I know how to cut them out using the extract tool but everytime i do the edges are all funky and i spend more time editing them then i would be just to use the marquee too to cut them out.. anyone offer a better solution? think the one i found was on planetphotoshop or photoshopcafe..
