Open the pictures you want to make thumbnails of, then go to file, script, then image processor. I'm sure you can figure it out from there

I have a Photoshop action for it, but it's really long and complicated.
Resizes pictures and compresses them, and also creates 160x160 thumbnails with borders that make the thumbs square, so the layout is all neat and shit.
Too me a while to get it perfect.

The easiest way is to automate a photo gallery, make sure you check "retain original size". It will create a folder of thumbnails (you choose the size) and a folder of images, and a nifty html page that you can dump if you need to.

  5. I like to be in full control. Doing it the hard/long way is the way for me :hs: :dunno:

1/2 hour vs 2 hours of work which would you rather do?

I'd rather do it in a few minutes in PS or Irfranview.
