I'm thinking about getting an imac (can't afford a powermac + monitor). I use Photoshop cs2 ALOT. Can the Imac handle PS well? If I wanted to add a second monitor in the future, would it be possible?

No problem handling PS. I don't believe a second monitor is possible, but I could be wrong.

It handles Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Safari all open with no lag out of the box (using a 17" iMac in Graphic Design). You should be more than fine. There is a DVI out on the back for I guess a second monitor.
