    theres a million and 1 ways....
    try these as they are pretty basic


    select color range --> desaturate a tiny bit

    image - adjust saturation - select reds/ oranges - desaturate

    Yeah, first thing I thought of was desaturate. Didn't work.

    hue/sat layer - select reds - desat + 'cool down' hue.

    Background, SO's tatoo artist too a bunch of pics and sent them to my SO to have her edit them.

    She says she just wants it "less red" I really don't know what that's supposed to mean. Is the ink black, or is it red? Is the red from the skin reacting to the ink? I don't know.

    I haven't met up with her to see what she really wants.]

    It's red because the skin is reacting to the tattoo.
