Anyways I have a Minolta Dimage z3, I was hoping I could get tips on what settings to use? I dont know how bright its going to be, but I assume bright on the ring, and dark everywhere else

ask the organizers if you can pop the flash, if you're doing it from ringside.

It's going to be dark everywhere. Bump the ISO up to 400 to enhance light sensitivity. Turn on image stabilization and use continuous shooting. You'll probably have to turn the EV down -1 or -2 to stop the action...then bump the brightness up in photoshop or whatever program you'll use to edit the images.
