I've been looking into a photography school and most programs i have found are just basic photo 101 type classes (b/w printing basic camera usage) I really want to find something more but not a general art school where its the "art" of it i want something more technical. ie digital manuplitation, lighting and the more technical aspects of it. Found http://www.brooks.edu/ Know some one going there right now and it is exactly what i am looking for, but that is in cali and I am in wa. Any one attending or have attended a photography school got any suggestions for me?

Going to get some mroe info on this but have heard mixed info on the art insitute of seattle

I work at the art Institute of Philadelphia.

I'm also enrolled in their photography program.

Not sure about the one in Seattle, but here, the equipment, software and teaching techniques are top of the line, and current with the industry standards.

The entire program is based of off the digital workflow, and every quarter they bring in the newest and greatest hardware and software.

But all of the schools are different.

Let me know if you have any specific questions.

I'm the one that went to Brooks, and I'm in Seattle :noes:

hit me up with any questions, my experience is well documented I have a feeling in the links provided.

North Seattle Community is suppose to be good, I think. One of the CC's anyway. Has a huge waiting list.
