A&P photography noob

    :confused: hey i am thinking about getting into photography any one have any tricks of the trade to share. and what kind of camera should i get?

    Slow down on the specifics there, chief. It's hard to get through all that detail.


    Seriously, why not tell us about your experience, what you want to shoot, what kind of "tricks" you are looking for (i.e. business advice, camera or lighting technique, etc) and whether you are looking at this for fun or profit.

    That's generally a good way to start...of course if you came looking for a straight answer this is probably not the best place to find it.

    dont use the instant replay feature and just look at the pics when you get back to your house when you are trying to learn. some may disagree with me, but I get more meaning out of my mistakes when they aren't corrected by pushing the forward arrow and viewing the next picture. Also, shoot every shot as if its important and you dont have 300 left on the card.
