I need some recommendations on print layout software and was hoping someone can make a recommendation.
What I plan to do is take 4 pictures of a subject and then print these 4 pictures on a single standard 5x7 sheet of paper.

The layout of the four photos would either be 4 vertical pictures or 2 across by 2 down.
Software should be able to resize the pictures accordingly. And the only other features I need is to be able to add 1 or 2 lines of text.

I'm guessing something like this would come prebundled in those portable printers? but I've never owned one so I don't know.

    Those are great ideas. Thanks.
But those are going to take too long if I need to do a few hundred prints.
The idea is that I would go to a party, take pictures, and my assistant will print out the photographs right there.

LR and PS would take too much time.
I guess i'm looking for some sort of template application.

    they all have templates :bigthumb:
LR you set it up once, and then just select the images you want and it will be auto sized and positioned
