    Fellas,

Give me some feedback on this little simpleviewer gallery I put together...

Have a couple people who wanted to see some examples of my Philadelphia land/city scapes...

I think most of them are good, I don't really like the last picture at all.

    thanks!

what don't you like? processing, comp?, subject? all of it?

fwiw, I tried to get an example of everything from sepia to film to super saturated, etc.

The images I am planning on doing for them will be 100% custom and tailored to their tastes, including mat and frame...

I don't like the reflections in the glass, and it just doesn't seem all that interesting, the junk on the bottom left is distracting to me.

I agree with the reflections and the stuff in the bottom, but I think without those two, it would be a good picture.

Some of the night shots have some bad compression going on, but aside from that, you're doing good.

Overall, not bad but a few are pretty weak and drag the overall impact of the gallery down. Specifically:

#2: (Blue Cross building) the converging lines frankly suck, and it makes me want to buy you a tilt/shift lens out of my pocket. ;)

#4: (Liberty 1) it's dramatic, but the symmetry is slightly off. Can you correct that with a crop?

#8 (Strawberry Mansion Bridge) & #10 (cobblestones) don't seem to be any distinct subject. The colors are good, but they're just not as impactful as the other images.

#9 (City Hall) & #11 (B&W skyline) seem slightly pelf'd (clockwise) double check the horizon.

#1, 3, 5, 6 and 7 Are easily the best of the set with #6 being a truly standout image. That one is very nicely done with fantastic color and sharpness, good movement captured in the water and the punctuation of the star/airplane in the sky is a nice touch.

Some of the other images - particularly 2, 8 and 10 - really take away from the set overall, and you might want to consider replacing them with something stronger.
