24 hours before PFT, I should stop? I just got back from the gym for pull ups & basketball.

I can only do 11 right now. :sad2:

I always give myself two days of rest before a scheduled APFT.

Sometimes I wish the Army would adopt a PFT like the Marines'.

except now the marines are starting a new "combat physical fitness" thingy. it's gay as fuck. they will still have regular pft. but now they have another thing with buddy carries and ammo can runs and shit. i am so glad i am getting out before this shit gets any gayer than it already has become.

just another way for the pogs at camp lejeune ,that deploy to iraq and never leave the wire, to feel like they do thier part, and feel like they can go to combat too.

If you want to sift through humvees picking up feet ears and and inventorying pictures of pregnant wives and personal effects for the guy charred to a crisp on the table next to you everyday in iraq then i'll switch and get out of this b billet and go back to my 0311 pmos.

Just a suggestion since I didnt do my part.

Since last august it has died down, Al Anbar was just nothing after August. Im not in iraq right now.

You guys catalog all their gear nad personal stuff they dindt have on them. Anything that guy has on them (we have to write every serial number for every dollar bill he has and people for osme reason carry alot of cash usually over there) which is what we do goes right with the Marine back to the states.

two days would be a good idea so your muscles have the time to recover, but if you aren't feeling any soreness you could probably do a light workout. I as gonna do 100 pushups before I went to bed weds but I was still sore from doing 100 on tues so I figured I'd be better off not pushing it since I had a QFR today. what happens if you don't pass? If I failed the QFR my summer plans would have been fucked so that's why I played it conservatively.
