PE's Second Round of Assfat loss

    So, New year, New work and School schedule = New chances and making change.

    So hear I am. As of January 8th i'll be free to work out more and actually spend time in the gym. I lost my first 55 lbs on diet and very little exercise. i know how to eat so I'm not in here for that(though I'll occasionally ask for help because i think i'm gonna need some more proteins).

    I'm 5'6", 157 lbs. I mostly want to tighten my body up, get stronger and lose a few more dress sizes. what ever weight goes with that, I'll be happy with it as long as I have a 24 inch waist.

    So here goes nothing. PE's fitness log.


    Today!

    I have a bee stung foot so no running around for me till the swelling goes away.
    60 crunches this morning :hs:
    I know I need to be lifting but i have no access till monday.. but whatever info you guys can give me will Help so i don't own my ass with injury!

    i'm gonna take pics for the weight loss contest this weekend (my camera exploded into a million pieces and i don't have one of my own).

    my foot is still busted and swollen, ITCHING like a mother fucker, but that's ok.

    100 crunches
    15 girly push-ups (I can't put too much stress on my stupid foot so girly push us it is)
    and a first for me ever: i managed to do 10 dips off the bath tub without dying or falling in! maybe my arms will get broly. :eek3:

    According to the scale i'm 153.... but It may be lying to me....

    and note to self: whey protein in oatmeal tastes like ass. I should just stick to drinking it in milk like i did before.

    Depends on the whey protein- what kind are you using? I like it in oatmeal with a tablespoon of PB.

    WRT to the scale: I weigh myself daily, but take a weekly average. Especially as a female, water weight can play hob with your weight day to day.

    it's this one i got a publix.. designer whey blah blah blah.. i have to look at the package again.

    tasted great int he milk, but boo on the oatmeal. and i can't stand PB in oatmeal..i've tried sveral different combos of the pb in oatmeal and can't do it.

    and yeah i know about my water weight fluctuations. I should be actually up more in water this week since my uterus hates me.... and i was.. i felt bloated all the week till this morning. :dunno:

    I :love: choco Mass meal and oatmeal. I actually look forward to it on carb up days. Carb bloat ftl. :(

    i'll try that when i run out of this one.

    Tho, yeah my tummy has been going NUTS today since i had the oatmeal + protien for breakfast. I got my body too used to eggs for breakfast as i usually only have oatmeals 1-2 times a week,

    Christ, I haven't been able to get to the internets, let alone ot till now here in the school freaking library. No internets for home FTL.

    Sigh: Same routine of morning crunches and pushups since friday.
    Weight holding nicely at 155. :hs:
    Lets see if i can get into the gym tomorrow now that my 2 days of work school starting nightmare will be over and i can settle into my schedule.
