    I'm having a problem with perl and I'm working if I should shift the idea over to a bash script. Here is the command that is killing me:

    system "mailq | grep -B 2 $spammer | grep ^[0-9A-Z] | awk '{print "postsuper -d " $1}' | sed
    's/*//g' ";

    Since perl doesn't like awk and sed. I tried to convert it with s2p and a2p and the code got too long. Is there any easier way to run awk/sed in a perl? If not would it just better better to make it in a bash script?
