I was using some leather conditioner in my car that has perforated leather seats. The conditioner tends to get stuck in the holes of the leather and looks bad.

Is there a conditioner that works best for this or a recommended way to work with this kind of leather?

Try the Meguiars Gold Class or Turtle Wax Leather Conditioners that come in a spray bottle. Thin liquids = no clogging. Don't be put off by the retail level status, both are really good conditioners.
